Great service. The guys who took my truck in were extremely communicative with phone calls and cooperative with service. I had to wait a while when I initially came in but the manager was extremely apologetic and got my truck serviced promptly. The managers cooperated with me in finding a cost-effective way to service my vehicle.

I had my old Honda Accord brake checked and repaired in the Hazel Dell Braketeam store last Monday. For a long time, the brakes of my car did not do well. Every time when I pedaled the brakes, the car would shake and the brake did not brake smoothly. This problem has been worked several times before in other stores in Houston, TX, in Winston-Salem, NC and in this metropolitan area, and the problem had never been solved. So this time when I found some noise in my brake, I did not expect any better job than just fixing the noise. However, when I picked up my car in Hazel Dell Braketeam, I was amazed to find that the brake not only didn't have any noise, but it braked very smoothly and evenly, just like a new car. I originally planned to get rid of this car soon, but now I would like to drive another 30,000 miles on it. Great job! Your front desk clerk also was very nice and polite. I certainly would like to do my future repair job in The Braketeam.

I received excellent service. I was able to drop my car off at 1:30PM, and have it done within 2 hours. I also was given a full explanation of what was happening with my brakes and the cost to fix. Every employeee I encountered was friendly and gave me a comfortabel feeling while I was there. Great Service! I drove by on my way to work and saw the deal you have for $88.00. So I stoped in. They guys there did a great job inspecting my car and got me a great deal on the work. I will be bring back my other car a 1998 isusu rodeo to them here in the next couple of weeks to get it worked on as well. I had my brakes worked on Saturday, April 24th. It was my first time taking my car to Brake Team. I was impressed with the friendly service that was provided by Dave and Ricky. I was extremly satisfied with the service I recieved. When I first arrived Eric came walking up to my car and geeted me, he even knew my name. Then I wanted a coffee and asked if there was a Starbucks within walking distance. The guy said, no but then he have me his untouched new starbucks coffee. Then after they checked out my car and decided what they needed to do, they drove my daughter and I home so we didn't have to wait there as they worked on my car. Eric drove us home and even helped carry my daughter and the carseat and the diaper bag to my apartment. He even offered to pick me up when I was ready to go back and get my car. I was not expecting to have to pay so much that day on brakes, but they gave me a $15 discount to help. I will deffinetly return to the tigard Brake Team next time I need any work done on my car that they can do. THANKS GUYS!!!!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! After shopping around, I pulled in to your shop and found the best value for the work I needed. Upon completion of the inspection, Justin explained to me, in detail, what was found and showed me first hand the condition of my brake system. All my questions and concerns were answered promtly. I am disabled and a fixed income and appreciate the time that Justin took to work with me within my budget limits. We came up with a course of action that addressed all the safety issues with my car. He also explained to me that the 3 things I postponed would cause above average wear on the brakes and made sure I understood the situation fully. The mechanic, Daryl, who actually performed the work on the car paid strict attention to detail in his inspection and workmanship. I was very impressed with the level of care i recieved at your Tigard store. the $88 price is what I paid for my brake pad replacement. I am satisfied. I knew I needed new pads as the brake grinding noise started about two weekends ago. I know from past experience that brakes will only get worse if you ignore them. I set an appointment for about 45 minutes after I called; dropped the car off. They called me to tell me what the estimate was going to be (their "sales call"): rear brakes were fine - the front needs fixing. They recommended pad replacement and rotor turning (grinding). With only 29000 miles, I did not think the brakes needed more than pads. I told them I only wanted the brake pads replaced - and they did. It was ready about 15 minutes after they told me it would be ready. Other customers got the news that they needed new rotors and/or calipers - both front and rear - and no one likes that news. But the manager guy at the Aloha Brake Team was a straight shooter as far as I could tell. I will take my other car there without hesitation. Thanks guys

After being told by two different "big name" car care centers that I needed to completely replace the rear brakes in my truck, I decided to go to Brake Team in Gresham because I saw the $88 advertisement and was sure I at least needed new brake shoes. When I went in the manager Chris had my truck test driven and inspected my brakes. I was THUNDERSTRUCK when he told me I didn't need to do ANYTHING to my brakes! He said my pads and shoes could go another 12,000 miles and quoted me what service I should get in a YEAR! I couldn't believe he didn't try to soak me for parts and service I didn't need!! I just wanted to take a minute to say that I was very impressed with The Brake Team. My 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer has had a very funny noise for years, and the last time we had our brakes fixed at Firestone it didn't go away, even though we asked them to fix it. Chris, the guy who worked on my car did a great job replacing my front brakes, and that sound disappeared without us asking about it. Also, John the store manager was very helpful and informative with my inspection and explaining the work I needed done, and was not pushy at all like Oil Can Henry's or Jiffy Lube is. Thanks guys, I'm extremely happy. Oh, and it only took a little over an hour to do.

Pat did my brakes... and adjusted the rear brakes on my ford explorer. I have had this vehicle for ten years. Every time I would have the brakes done my explorer pulled to one side when applying the brakes. This time when Pat fixed it correctly...I had to hit the brakes pretty hard in traffic and I was amazed how well they worked. They have never worked that well in ten years.... thank you Pat!
