Brake pads provide the right amount of pressure to the rotor that allows you to slow down or stop. As your brake pads wear, they may cause noise, rotor damage, or even brake failure.

• Brake Team replaces old pads that may be too thin, worn unevenly, or cracked/chipped.

• We install new premium brake pads that are guaranteed to be as good or better than the manufacturer's pads!

• Brake Team will remove your worn rotor and place it on a lathe.

• The brake lathe is a machine that can smooth out the high and low spots on a rotor or drum, creating a new surface for the brake pads or shoes to stop the vehicle.

• The newly resurfaced rotor and installed premium pad will wear evenly and ultimately extend the life of both parts causing less wear and tear on other components of the brake system.

Bleeding the brake system forces clean, bubble-free brake fluid through the entire system.

• A Brake Team technician pumps the brake pedal to compress the air, then holds pressure on it. At the same time, another technician opens the bleeder valve to let out fluid and air, then closes the valve after the pedal has landed.

• The process is repeated until any remaining air pressure is released from the brake lines.

• Brake Team inspects each bearing for gashes, flat spots, or broken rollers.

• If your bearings are in good shape, we will repack them with new grease.

• We use an industrial bearing packer to carefully press quality, high-temperature, grease back into the bearing.
